The emphasis is on clarity, confidence and consistency.


Midlife Health Foundations
follows the same evidence-led principles that underpin The Midlife Reset (the one-on-one coaching program), adapted into a small group learning environment.

Rather than chasing quick fixes or restrictive approaches, the programme focuses on understanding how the female body changes in midlife and how to build habits that support strength, energy and long-term health.

Participants move through the programme together, creating momentum and support as the weeks progress.

Body and Metabolism

Understand the biological changes that occur during midlife, including shifts in metabolism, muscle mass and body composition. Learn how to support metabolic resilience through nutrition, movement and lifestyle.

Hormones and Energy

Understand how hormonal changes influence energy, mood and sleep and how to support your body through evidence-based lifestyle strategies.

Strength and Longevity

Learn why muscle mass is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health and how resistance training and cardiovascular fitness support longevity.

Brain and Nervous System

Understand the relationship between sleep, stress, recovery and cognitive health.

Habits and Consistency

Develop sustainable habits and routines that support long-term health rather than short-term motivation.

Many women choose to continue their journey inside The Wiser Circle, the ongoing Wiser & Well community. This is where progress is maintained through continued learning, expert sessions, events and connection with like-minded women.

Midlife Health Foundations is led by Jennifer Benfield, founder of Wiser & Well.


Jen’s approach integrates neuroscience, exercise physiology, metabolic health, sleep science and behaviour change to help women build strength, clarity and confidence through midlife.

Her work focuses on translating complex health science into practical strategies women can implement in real life.
