The Midlife Reset is personalised coaching for women who are done starting over. Across twelve 1:1 sessions (weekly or fortnightly, at the pace that fits your life) we build the daily habits that hold up when life gets busy: strength, movement, sleep, recovery, the way you fuel your day. Not another plan you'll abandon by week four.
Your doctor and health team look after anything clinical. My job is to keep the changes happening, session after session, guided by someone who's rebuilt her own health from the ground up. And when you're ready to go further, ongoing support is there for the long haul.

 MEET YOUR COACH, JEN BENFIELD Â
Jen didn’t create Wiser & Well from a textbook. She built it out of necessity.
After twenty years running a successful marketing agency, she hit breaking point. Burnout, extreme stress and poor sleep collided with perimenopause, followed by an aggressive melanoma diagnosis, stage IV metastatic cancer and major personal upheaval.
Her recovery was guided by an exceptional medical team.
Looking for answers, Jen turned to the science. She studied the aspects of neuroscience relevant to longevity and peak brain performance, exercise physiology, nutrition, sleep science, and female physiology. She became certified in health coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and was then mentored under the guidance of Dr Louisa Nicola, neurophysiologist, human performance coach and founder of Neuro Athletics. Jen used these tools to understand her own body, rebuild her vitality and develop the programmes she now shares with women across Australia.
